Delivery Time:

 

We aim to process the order the same day (with exception to weekends and bank holidays, where they will be processed next working day) with a delivery time estimated at 3 – 7 days. However we cannot guarantee delivery by this time especially in high season times for postage for example, Christmas or instances of a postal strike.

 In circumstances where a product may be out of stock we will email you on the expected delivery time and give you option of cancelling the order.

 

Returns:

 

You have a Right to Return any unopened and unused product purchased from us within 10 days from order confirmation, you will be refunded the whole cost. If the product has already been dispatched or delivered you will be refunded the amount minus the delivery charge and you will be liable for the return postage charge.

 

If the product is damaged on delivery please inform us immediately and we will issue a replacement (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund), once the product has been returned.

We will issue you a returns address in these circumstances.

 

Orders to destinations outside the EU are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Paul Kay Hair Products does not guarantee Products to be the same colour and shape as their pictures. Due to new packaging promotions, colour and shape of packaging tends to change. However the volume capacity shall stay the same.
